Riverview Tower has the express intent to consist exclusively of owner-occupied condominiums.  Operating policies provide for short-term leases, subject to Board approval, only under very limited circumstances:

• For purposes of a sabbatical, a unit may be leased on a furnished basis for a period not to exceed twelve months
• A unit may be leased unfurnished for a period not to exceed twelve months while it is up for sale
• A resident owner may rent to another who co-occupies the unit
