Parking
There is indoor parking accessible from Levels A, B and C. Level A parking is heated. There is also outdoor contract parking on the west side of the building. There are facilities for motorcycles as well as autos, and all spaces are assigned, and monthly fees are assessed. There is also outdoor guest parking. Outdoor parking area is monitored with cameras.
Bicycle and canoe storage
There is a bicycle storage room on C level, and 3 on B level (one of which has racks for canoes). Your security FOB is needed to gain access.
Car wash and air compressor
There is a car wash on Level A, and a bicycle air compressor on Level B.
Storage lockers
Residents are entitled to one free storage locker; a limited number of others are available for rental. Lockers are in locked rooms on all garage levels. Your security FOB is required for access.
