Party Room
A party room on Level D is available by reservation on a first-come, first-served basis. It can accommodate up to 100 people, with seating for 50. It has a full kitchen and its own restroom facilities. It may be used until midnight, but there must be no audible noise outside the room after 10 pm. A cleaning deposit and small fee are required for private functions; it is available on a no-fee basis for functions open to the Riverview Tower community. Access key must be obtained from the Management Office or a Desk Attendant.
Conference Rooms
A small meeting room, accommodating about 4 people and a larger board meeting room, accommodating about 10 people are available by reservation. They are in the Management Office, and access must be arranged with the Management Office or a Desk Attendant.
