Security and management
Riverview Tower has a full-time Office Manager. Desk Attendants provide coverage nights and weekends. Security cameras provide monitoring of parking areas, building access points, pool and exercise facilities.
Maintenance
Four live-in Resident Managers and a full-time Building Engineer maintain our equipment, common areas, and provide rapid response to any emergency situations.
Home Owner Access to Security Camera
Apart from speaking to visitors over the entry system phone, home owners may visually verify who is at the front door by switching their television to either cable channel 6 or 906.
