Mail room
A locked mail package room is available. Staff will accept deliveries and can provide access at any time.
Dry cleaning and laundry services
A professional laundry, Empire Dry Cleaners, picks up and leaves off laundry and dry-cleaning in the mail room on Mondays and Thursdays. See their web site for prices and use their registration form or phone 952-934-9602 to make arrangements.
Small repairs
Building staff, when available and upon request, will provide maintenance and repair services within individual living units, e.g. minor plumbing and electric repairs. Some standard parts are generally in stock, e.g. garbage disposals. Costs are discounted, and such proceeds as there are revert to the association’s general funds. An eForm is available to place work orders.
Cable
Association fees include Comcast's Basic Cable and Standard Cable television lineups. Homeowners can add premium services at their own expense. All units are also wired for fiber optic cable and DSL.
